Escape to a tranquil hot spring nestled in a geothermal paradise. Allow the soothing aromas of eucalyptus and spearmint tea to wash over you, elevating your mindfulness, while the mineral-rich clay and salts detoxify and ease your body.

How to Prepare

Carve intentional time to enjoy this bath experience. You can choose to use the entire bath blend for the maximum experience or split the bath blend into portions to enjoy across multiple experiences.

  4. Votive Candles - for warmth and comfort - a part of the kit experience
  5. Glacial Clay face mask - for your enjoyment during the soak
Step 1: Set the Mood

Pick a playlist to listen to as you begin setting up your bathhouse experience.
This playlist is meant to help slow down your thoughts. Please note that there is a different playlist option for your actual bath experience.

Step 2: Set Your Environment

Turn your bathroom into a sanctuary

  • Flowers
  • Candles
  • Bath Tools
  • Bath Lighting
Step 3: Boil Hot Water

You will need to boil water for the experience

  • 1.5L to 3L for the bathhouse formula (one to two kettle's worth)
  • Optional: Boil your electric kettle inside the bathroom for steam and convenience
Step 4: Run Your Bath Waters

Fill your tub 1/3 of the way with hot water with the door closed

  • The goal is to make your bathroom nice and steamy so that it creates a sauna-like environment and helps retain scent better (makes the atmosphere heavier so the scent lingers longer)
  • Optional: Place a towel at the foot of the door to prevent steam from escaping and increase humidity inside the bathroom (please note that this can be a safety and fire hazard so please proceed with caution)
Step 5: Prepare Steeping Bag

Pour the ingredients of the tea bath into your steeping bag

Pour the remainder into your glass jar to keep fresh for later use (optional)

Step 6: Prepare to Steep Bathhouse Tea Bag

Prepare inside the bathroom

  • Bring the large pot to the bathroom and place it on a stable, heat-resistant, and flat surface
  • Use wooden spoon to press down lightly occasionally
Step 7: Steep Tea Bath

Steep for 5-8 minutes inside the bathroom then pour into tub

  • Tip: Close the door to avoid steam escaping
Step 8: Brew Moroccan Spearmint Tea * added kit step

This tea can be steeped over and over in a pot.

  • We provided enough tea for an entire pot
  • Loose leaf tea eventually sinks to the bottom of the tea pot or alternatively you can put some it in your mug
  • Make sure you have plenty of water to stay hydrated!
Step 9: Light Your Candles * added kit step

Light naked votive candles on a flat, heat-proof plate or in a votive candle glass jar.‍

Step 10: Take a full-body ice-cold shower (optional step)

Take a 30-second ice shower and feel the release of endorphins after

  • Taking an ice-cold shower after a hot bath improves circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and enhances skin health by alternating between opening and closing pores.
  • It boosts the immune system, increases alertness, and provides stress relief while improving mood through the release of endorphins. This practice also stimulates metabolism, promoting overall well-being.
Step 11: Apply Your Glacial Clay Face Mask * added kit step

Mix your pure glacial oceanic clay mask with water

  • Mix the clay provided with 1/2 tbsp of water
  • Rinse off witApply evenly to clean dry skin, avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water
